- Failure to make timely payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

All content, including but not limited to designs, logos, and materials provided by the Company, is the intellectual property of Tina Plumbing & Designs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without the express written permission of the Company.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

- The services provided by Tina Plumbing & Designs are offered "as is" and "as available." The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

- The Company does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tina Plumbing & Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use our services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
